- Independently- PMInSite executes projects from inception to close-out. All with the client’s single point representative.
- As part of the team, we fill in as required to support a project team. PMInSite can support the projects (clients) bidding, helping to select contractors, providing oversight for our clients to check the performance of the chosen contractors both in workmanship and safety aspect & more.
Auto CAD
PMInSite LLC, Works closely with our client if computer aided drafting or CAD is required during the project.
Collaborating with our client’s design we can produce such things as P&ID’s. Other CAD functions are Develop Tech Drawing, creating design, maintaining a database, and as-built design.
Safety
At PMInSite, our safety supervisors play a crucial role in safeguarding the well-being of all personnel on their projects.
HSE oversees safety programs, identifies hazardous practices, and communicates established safety protocols. Their responsibilities include but not limited to inspecting and investigating workplace hazards, maintaining, and inspecting all tools and equipment, immediately contacting the responsible party for repairs, preparing necessary documentation, and enforcing stringent regulations and protocols.
Additionally, our safety supervisors conduct safety orientations and training sessions for employees based on the clients’ needs, while also emphasizing disciplinary measures, policies, and procedures during meetings.
